Entry charges for play sessions will be added to your bill at the end of the session. - prices on website
Absolutely no outside food to be brought into the café. This is to control the allergies.
We cater for allergies, just ask or let staff know. Any questions please ask?
*SATURDAY'S/SUNDAYS ARE USUALLY RESERVED FOR EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE PARTIES.
FOR PUBLIC SATURDAY OPENINGS, CHECK OUT OUR SOCIAL MEDIA AND WEBSITE
*Bookings are non- refundable or transferable if cancelled 48 hours before, please ensure you book the correct date and time.
*FOR GROUPS BOOKINGS OVER 8 people. EMAIL US INFO@OLLIEPOLLY.CO.UK Multiple table bookings will be cancelled.
Meeting friends?? Book together on one table, not separately You will lose your deposit Call us.
Please book for the total amount of people attending (including babies)Do not arrive with extras guests without notice as they may be turned away.
Tables will be given away to other customer after 30 minutes of the session start time.
